COVID-19 Working Arrangements

Please be assured that Sargeant Partnership is, and has been, up and running during the COVID-19 pandemic working hard for our clients to ensure that you still received the highest service that we offer.

The office is manned by a skeleton staff so if you need to supply us with your books or to undertake any relevant work for you please call the office and speak to a member of our staff but the guidelines below should be of assistance to you:

  • In the first instance, please contact the office on 01322 614681 to ensure there will be a member of staff in the office when you wish to drop off your records
  • The barrier to our car park is raised so please use the car park
  • When at the main door, please use the buzzer to speak to a member of staff who can give you access into the reception area
  • If you are dropping off papers, please leave them on the table in the reception area, a member of staff will collect them once you have left the premises so that social distancing can be maintained at all times
  • The relevant member of staff will be informed that the papers have been received so that they can be collected/delivered to them
  • If you are collecting papers, please call the office on 01322 614681 a couple of days in advance so that the papers can be prepared for collection
  • The papers will be left on the table in reception clearly marked with your name prior to you coming into the offices, simply buzz the buzzer and you will be given entry into the reception area where you can collect your papers again ensuring social distancing it kept at all times

The majority of our staff are working from home so that social distancing is undertaken in the office but we are still working as hard, if not harder to ensure our clients are given the very best service. If you do have any questions or concerns, please call the office on 01322 614681 so that we can make sure you speak to the Manager who is assigned to you.
